Mate comes from South America. In many of the countries there, it is the national drink. It contains not only caffein but also theobromine – the Greek word for food of the gods. It has a pleasant animating effect on the nervous system, stimulates the heart and relaxes the muscles. Theobromine works for much longer than caffeine and much more constantly too – lifting your mood, increasing your performance and sating your hunger.
Dark Mate is a particularly high-quality mate. And Materia contains twice as much mate as other mate drinks. Dark Mate is grown exclusively for Materia and contains much more theobromine than the usual mate. Try Materia!
